Honourable Abolarin Ganiyu Gabriel, popularly known as AGG, was born on March 23rd, 1976 to the family of Late Malam Jimoh Abolarin and Madam Florence Aduke of Odo-Itan compound, in Isapa, Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State, Nigeria.
He began his primary education at St. Paul’s LGEA Primary School, Isapa, in Ekiti LGA of Kwara State and attended Isapa Community High School, Isapa, for his secondary school education. He later go admitted into the Federal Polytechnic, Offa in Kwara State, for his Ordinary National Diploma (OND), He went further to complement his education pursuit with award of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin in 2011.
Honourable Abolarin’ public service experience began with his appointment as Produce Officer with a firm known as Akinniyi Produce Nigeria Ltd, in Idanre, Ondo State between 1998 to 2002 where he acquired his business experience of buying cocoa seeds from farmers and selling same to companies and firms using it as raw materials.
He was appointed as supervisory councilor in charge of Health by the Hon Abiodun Bamidele led Administration in Ekiti Local Government Council between 2004 and 2007. This was the beginning of his political career.
He was later appointed as a legislative-aide to the senator who represented Kwara South Senatorial District at the National Assembly then, Senator Simeon Ajibola.
His ability for multi-tasking, ability to supervise and organize to achieve set goals coupled with his political sagacity fetched him the appellation of Senator Ajibola’s “Chief of Staff”, as he was virtually in charge of the senator’s political activities at the home front in Kwara State.
Honourable Abolarin maintained quite easily, the right contacts and retained relevance in an environment where even the biggest of ocean-sharks and fish are known to drown.
In 2007, he was appointed as Local Government Caretaker Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in Ekiti Local Government Area of kwara State.
And during the 2019 Governorship and State House of Assembly Elections, he contested under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and won with overwhelming majority votes as member, to represent Ekiti Constituency in the 9th Legislature of the kwara State House of Assembly.
Hon. Abolarin has not only succeeded as a politician, he has been an astute entrepreneur. He is the Chairman, Managing Director of AGG Multi-project Ltd, which range of service includes; road and building construction, haulage services, block moulding, and cement merchants. He is also the director of Anjola Rentals Services, a multi-investment company.
He has however; translated all the these into the quality representation he that has given the good people of Ekiti Constituency as a member of the 9th kwara Assembly since he was inagurated on June 11, 2019.
Hon. Abolarin Ganiyu is a committed family man, loved by all and sundry. He is a compassionate giver, who loves to assist people. He is a bridge-builder between the old and young, the rich and the poor. His friendship cut across all groups because he does not discriminate.
He is a responsible citizens, a good neighbor, great politician, loyal friend. A dedicated, quintessential, unassuming, erudite focused, dogged defender of his people. A pride not only to Isapa Community and Ekiti Constituency but to Kwara State as a whole.
AGG is an active youth leader with good heart for philanthropic gesture and an astute politician per excellence.

As a great politician, Hon. Abolarin Gabriel never allowed his political learning to becloud his patriotism. His will to serve his people and develop his Constituency informed his re-election as a Member of the 10th Assembly to serve his people in the same capacity. Also, being a vibrant Hon. Member and a loyalist of the ruling party (All Progressive Congress), he was appointed as the Chief Whip of the House, the Chairman House Committee on Public Account and a member of the House Committee on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
His hobbies are reading and playing football. Hon. Abolarin Gabriel is happily married with children.
